MY PROCESS
1. Request
Use my package selection page to choose one of the packages that will suit your business best. Fill in the form and I'll get back to you with costing. Once you are happy with the damage, we'll set up a virtual project vision meeting to discuss your thoughts, ideas, wants and needs. This step is vital so I can understand what you are envisioning.
Once we've met, I'll send you a project proposal, along with an invoice for a 25% deposit. Once everything is paid and signed off, your project has then officially been booked.
2. Brand Analysis
When we have figured out your project vision, we'll have a virtual brand analysis session where I'll ask you a series of questions to understand your business, it's brand voice, goals, mission and target audiences.
This will give me a better idea on how to marry the project vision and your company.
3. Setting The Tone
In this step, I will take some time to put together two mood boards. A mood board is a type of visual presentation or 'collage' consisting of images, text, colours schemes, and samples of objects in a composition.
This will give you an idea of your project is going to look visually. Once you've decided on your favourite mood board, you'll have two rounds of revisions if there's are any tweaks needed.
4. Design Time
This is the stage where we get working on everything we've just planned. I will take all the information we’ve gathered and use it to form three concepts. Once you're happy with one of the concepts, I'll go into hyper-focus mode and get designing all the other elements of your chosen concept.
After you take some time to review on your concept and you've sent me some feedback and we’ll begin revision rounds as necessary. (Only 3 rounds are permitted)
5. Final Product
After receiving final approval on all design and project elements and the reminder of the payment has been processed, I will package up and transfer all files to you. I’ll provide your files in a wide range of formats and colours that will be suitable for any web and print formats you might need.
