Hi! I'm Carmin The Creative.
I was fortunate enough to grow up in am environment where creativity and digital tools lived side by side. As a young girl, I spent hours on design-based games and software that let me play with colour, type, and layout – long before I knew what any of it really meant. If anyone remembers the game Kevin the Kangaroo, give me a shout! š¤£ But in all honesty, thatās where it started for me: not just making things, but seeing how they came together.
After studying Digital Marketing at Stellenbosch Business School, I built out a creative skill set that includes graphic design, writing for digital, photography and campaign strategy. All of it comes back to one thing, helping brands sharpen their visual voice and show up with clarity and intent.
From 2013, Iāve worked within audio visual industry and worked with world renowned brands including Shure, JBL Pro, and Harman International. Here’s where gained experience that would shape my work ethic, and drive me to realise my own potential.
For the past four years, Iāve been running my own independent creative practice, partnering with local and global brands like Malander Advisory (SA, UK & USA), Major Tech (SA & AUS), Tuff Nutterz SA, Freedom Adventure Park and Outdoor XĀ to bring big ideas into focus.
I believe in design thatās not just seen, but felt. Work thatās not just aesthetic, but intentional. And creative thinking that helps people say yes… thatās it!
